Edward B Indianapolis , IN August 23, 2015 Motor no longer worked for over the range hood Very easy to fix, removed exhaust grill to get to motor, removed cotter pin for fan blade that is attached to motor, pulled down on fan blade to remove. Then there are four small mounting bolts, loosened them, unplugged motor, and took it out, that easy. Installed new motor.
