This Loxit locking retaining nut secures components and terminals on home appliances to keep parts fastened and reduce vibration-related loosening. It's a small but essential hardware piece for reliable mechanical and electrical connections. What it does:

• Secures terminals, studs, or posts to prevent movement and maintain electrical contact
• Holds small assemblies or panels in place to stop rattling or loosening from vibration
• Restores proper fit where a worn or missing nut causes a loose knob, control, or connection
• Helps prevent intermittent electrical contact caused by loose fasteners

• Disconnect power to the appliance before starting any repair.
• Verify nut thread and size match the stud before installation; use correct hand tools.
• Tighten securely but avoid over-torquing to prevent stripping or damage.
• Ensure proper seating and inspect wiring for wear.
