This door-actuated light switch replaces a worn or failed refrigerator light control so the interior light turns on and off when the door opens. Restores reliable lighting and helps you see food clearly. What it does:

• Closes and opens the light circuit when the refrigerator/freezer door is opened or closed
• Commonly used when the interior light stays on, won't turn on, or flickers intermittently
• Controls the lamp only; does not include bulbs or housing components
• Matches OEM fit and mounting for a direct replacement

• Disconnect power or unplug the appliance before replacing the switch
• Remove the light bulb and bezel or access panel as required to reach the switch
• Replace the switch with the same orientation and secure mounting; reconnect wiring to factory terminals
• Test operation by restoring power and opening the door
