This is an authentic OEM freezer basket bumper sourced directly from the manufacturer for use on freezer baskets. Freezer basket bumpers are attached to the baskets to keep them from sliding around inside the freezer. If the bumper breaks, the basket will not stay in place, and the contents could shift or fall out. Freezer baskets create more storage room inside a freezer. These baskets are normally located on the bottom of the freezer, with freezer racks located above. Freezer baskets are ideal for storing smaller packages that might not stack well on the racks. Over time, normal wear and tear may cause the bumper to crack or break completely; if this happens, the bumper should be replaced. Remove the contents of the freezer basket. Remove the freezer basket from the freezer. Push the new bumper onto the freezer basket. Replace the contents of the basket and put it back into the freezer. This handle freezer basket is made of high-quality, white molded plastic. It is designed for use in freezers manufactured by Frigidaire, Kenmore, Gibson, and Electrolux.
