This foam condenser upper seal fits at the top of the condenser assembly to block air gaps and help direct airflow through the condenser coils for more efficient heat exchange and quieter operation. What it does:

  • Seals the upper condenser area to prevent air bypass around the condenser coils
  • Helps maintain proper airflow for efficient cooling and consistent performance
  • Reduces vibration noise caused by loose or missing insulation pieces
  • Can help prevent dust and debris from collecting on the condenser fins
What's included: One condenser upper seal Install notes:
  • Disconnect power to the appliance before starting any work
  • Access typically requires moving the refrigerator away from the wall and removing the lower access panel
  • Press the seal into the molded channel or adhesive surface until fully seated; use factory mounting points if present
  • If adhesive is required, only use manufacturer-recommended adhesives and allow time to set before restoring power
