This listing is for a Frigidaire oven control board. The oven control board works in conjunction with the control board assembly and receives information regarding setting and oven temperature. Essentially the control board is the most important component in regards to the oven's function. The only way to properly ensure a control board has gone bad is through testing with a voltage meter. However, initial signs such as certain burners not working or the broil or baking functions failing can also be indicators. On this model, the board contains a faceplate that shows the time, which means the timer will also go out. On this model, the control board is housed in a protective casing behind the control assembly on a wall oven. Slide the oven from the wall and remove the anchoring screws located around the perimeter of the oven. The control assembly can be removed, exposing the protective casing. Remove the small screws that fasten the casing. Unplug the control board from the wire harness and begin the installation of the new component. This part is made exclusively for Electrolux appliances. The product is sourced directly from the manufacturer as a genuine OEM product.
