This is the user interface control board for select dryers. It reads your button/knob inputs, lights the indicators, and communicates with the main control so cycles can be selected, started, and adjusted from the control panel. What it does:

• Interprets control panel button/knob inputs and drives the display/indicator lights
• Sends commands to the main control to start/stop cycles and set options
• Helps ensure accurate cycle selection and responsive controls
• Common failure symptoms: blank or dim display, unresponsive buttons/knob, random beeping or changing settings, won't start though power is present

• One user interface circuit board

• Disconnect power to the dryer; turn off gas supply for gas models
• Remove the control panel/console to access the board; note screw and clip locations
• Handle electronics by the edges and use ESD precautions; move wire connectors over one at a time to avoid miswiring
• Reassemble, restore power, and run a short test cycle to verify operation

This bracket secures the power/start button to the appliance control panel so the button stays aligned and functions correctly. Replacing a damaged bracket restores proper button fit and reliable user control. What it does:
