The dishwasher would start to fill then stop. Quite a bit of clicking from the control unit

Replaced the control unit.

The wash light was lit but dishwasher would not start

I took the door apart to check the switch and control board. The switch looked okay but there was a definitely burnt electronics smell. When I removed the control board I could see the board was burned around the relays. The board was not repairable due to the condition of the pc board. I ordered the control unit from Appliance Parts Pros. I received the part in two days and once it was installed it worked.

Stuck on a cycle

I watched a few videos online, looked up the model number and ordered the part. It was at my doorstep within a week! Videos explained how to replace the part and it was working within an hour. Sorry appliance repair man! Handled this one on my own for less than a service call.
