The hardest part was removing the upper rack spray nozzle, but after watching a video on your site, it was fairly easy. It only required a flat head screwdriver. Linda B Maricopa , AZ February 03, 2025 Rusted dishwasher racks Both dishwasher racks had rust spots and were leaving rust flecks on dishes and the bottom of the dishwasher. I ordered replacement racks and replaced the old ones. There were some plastic parts, like the handle and the sprayer arm of the upper rack, that I had to remove from the original rack and attach to the new rack, but otherwise it was a pretty easy fix. Once the parts came in I used the video on the web site. Followed instructions, replaced the broken wheels and placed the upper rack back onto the slides per instructions!
