The dishwasher is 5 years old, so we needed to decide put cost of new trays or replace unit. We are trying to be "green" and not throw away people. So we shopped the internet. We are so glad and happy that we found AppliancePartsPros. The price was good but the service and speed of us getting the parts was exceptional. The hardest part was removing the upper rack spray nozzle, but after watching a video on your site, it was fairly easy. It only required a flat head screwdriver.
