How to Troubleshoot & Replace Bosch AP2826715 / 00367643 Element, Bake

With a new element 

Replaced oven element in upper oven of a 35 year old Thermador double oven 

Easiest fix ever. Remove two screws, pull out the element exposing the wire connectors, disconnect old element, connect new element, push it in, re-install the two screws. 10 minutes start to finish. Hint: Use clothes pines or similar to keep the wires accessible inside the oven.
