It was a quick and easy repair. @ 15 minutes but that includes opening the box and finding the right tools. Took longer to find the site and order the part. When the door of our Bosch dryer fell to the floor, we discovered that the metal hinge had broken in two places. The dryer is 10+ years old, but still working fine. Seeing the hinge was readily accessible (the hinge pins were inside the door behind a cover plate) simply by removing 6 bolts. We decided to also replace the lint screen while we were at it since it too was available. Additionally, we noticed that the freezer door handle of our 10+ year old Amana fridge/freezer was cracked.
