How to Troubleshoot & Replace Bosch AP6333430 / 12022212 Control Board

Replaced the main control board on a Thermador oven model POD301J/01 after we got an E115 error and the top broiler would come on no matter what setting you put it on and wouldn't turn off and would overheat. Took me about 30 mins total to replace after taking pics to make sure everything went back as it was. So far so good and it's working again! 

Did research online, found a matching story at appliance parts pros. Tested the sensor, which was fine. Ordered a new control board and also a new sensor, replaced both, and voila works like a charm. I appreciate that this is a genuine Bosch part, 100% match. It is a build-in oven, so it took some work to pull it out and remove the microwave fixed to the top of the oven to reach the control board. But it was not difficult. I recommend taking lots of pictures before taking things apart, so that you have a reference to look at when putting it back together. This is especially important with connectors to the control board. If you have several identical connectors, mark them with a sharpie before taking the picture. It was very satisfying fixing this myself, definitely better than waiting for a repair guy to show up in some inconvenient long window. 

I received a control board on Saturday, removed the built in stove and microwave from the wall. Install part in about 2 hours. Happy wife happy life. Thanks 

Found a local technician, that allowed me to order parts directly. 

Swapped out control boards in about 5 mins. 

Replaced control board and Temp sensor 

Replaced control board, sensor, and lower element. 

Main circuit board replaced. 

Replaced control module 

Replaced the control module because I believed one of the relays was stuck.
