How to Troubleshoot & Replace Bosch AP3858288 / 00475224 Facia Panel

I was paranoid about trying to fix it myself. Thankfully my son-in-law said he would help. He got on his computer and found AppliancePartsPros.com. He emailed me the web site and after watching the repair video I ordered the parts. It did look fairly straightforward. This morning I set up my IPad with the repair video and proceeded to do the unthinkable. I fixed our dishwasher in about 20 minutes following the step-by step instructions! As my son-in-law said it was easy peasy. 

Easy remove and replace. Does not come with buttons. Use the ones from old part. 

Ordered a new one, now it works great. 

Replaced panel and buttons. Dishwasher good as new! 

I called Appliance Parts Pro with model and serial number of the dishwasher and they were able to find the part very quickly. I received the part in a couple of days and was able to remove the broken panel and repair with the new panel fairly easily. To have called a repair man to come out and repair would have cost at least $175.00. I was able to repair the part for about $68.00 myself.
