How to Troubleshoot & Replace Bosch AP4300287 / 00478811 Dishwasher Control Panel Fascia

Called ApplicancePartsPros and they immediately found the specific parts I needed for my Bosch model and shipped them across the US so I had them in just 3 days (all during the virus chaos)! On the website they provided a high-def, detailed video on exactly how to take it apart, install the new replacement panel, and put it back together. Easy and accurate. While I will never buy another Bosch, I will definitely use APP for all my future parts needs! Great customer service with Midwestern courtesy and patience. 

Ordered a new dishwasher Panel Fascia and buttons. Un-boxed new parts and installed buttons into new panel. Turned off circuit breaker. Removed front cover of dishwasher to expose panel with T20 Torx driver. Removed panel from door. Removed old broken screw attachments. Moved handle to new panel and attached to door. Reattached front cover. Turned on breaker. Tested buttons for proper operation. 

Ordered the replacement part on Friday and received it on Saturday. Quick switch out. Back in business! 

APP had the part in stock for $156+ which was great. I ordered the part since I had ordered from them once before and the price had been $106. I thought given the times that this was a substantial increase but given the times and they had the part I went ahead. I then began looking for a video on how to do the repair and in the course of looking for the video (which I did find) I found that the part was available from other vendors between $98 - $106. I called and spoke to Mike about this and was told that since they had shipped the item they didn't do price matching except maybe if the manufacturer had a lower price. Since I was told that I was responsible for return shipping I didn't return it. The part fit and installation was pretty easy. 

Replaced the Facia Panel. 

Installed a replacement fascia. 

Ordered new control panel facia, buttons and handle. Watched video on this site,disassembled door panel, installed new parts and reassembled. 

Replaced broken front panel. Video for this part was very helpful. 

Installed part that I received from your company. 

Purchased the necessary panel, buttons, facia, and handle to change to stainless to match the new appliances
