How to Troubleshoot & Replace Bosch AP8037797 / 10032849 Reel

Bought a replacement wheel, the rack was as good as new. 

Ordered the parts based on the model number of my dishwasher 

I gotta say, the diagnostic tips at AppliacePartsPros.com are really good! I don't think I would have known what part to replace without it. As it's fixed!!! A $500 dishwasher with a $50 inlet valve. That sure beats buying a new one! 

I replaced all the wheels with those I ordered. Problem fixed! Happy household 

The installation of the parts was easy, especially after watching the videos that accompanied the parts description section on your website. They were very helpful. 

Easy fix. They basically slip on. 

As per the video, simply removed the rack and pushed on the wheel where the one was on the other side so both sides matched. 

Ordered a new wheel from AppliancePartsPros.com. The order came with how-to-fix video. (If I had seen the video first I may have fixed it before I broke it). Anyway, new wheel arrived. Slid it on. Fixed! Hate to think what I would have paid someone to do that. 

Made the mistake of ordering inexpensive equivalent wheels off another site. Those lasted one wash cycle before the plastic started deteriorating and about two weeks until complete failure. Ordered OEM. Several wash cycles in and no change in the plastic. Should have done that in the first place. Yes they cost more, but there is a good reason for that price difference. 

Ordered two new wheels from AppliancePartsPros.com removed the broken wheels and installed the new ones. Took less than 5 minutes.
