How to Troubleshoot & Replace Bosch AP8037797 / 10032849 Reel

Once the parts came in I used the video on the web site. Followed instructions, replaced the broken wheels and placed the upper rack back onto the slides per instructions! This was a fast easy fix, it took about 5 minutes. Thank you for the instructional video! 

Easy to snap the new rollers in place. 

I ordered the Upper Dishrack Wheel from you and replaced them. 

Replaced old wheel brackets with new pieces. Simply looked at brackets mounting positions and pressed on newly purchased brackets after removing old ones. Replacement took approximately 7 minutes. 

My daughter was trying to climb on the counter and fell into the dishwasher and broke the wheels and track wheels. The parts worked great. 

Watched the video. Which made the repair extremely easy.

I first ordered two to replace the one that broke. After the order was placed and shipped, my wife came to me with two others that had broken. So I ordered two more. Shortly after placing the order, I got a call and an email saying the order was on hold because it looked like a duplicate order. I called in and confirmed it was a legitimate order. That was nice of them to check. I recommend them for any part they carry. 

The rollers pop on easy but it is a little tricky putting the rack back in place. No tools required. I called a local appliance dealer but the price they wanted was ridiculous. They didn't have it in stock and would have had to order it, as I did. The closest appliance parts store is about 15 miles away. Your parts came straight to my mail box just a few days after ordering. 

Temporarily, I used a bread tie to hold in place on a rack until parts came, then I replaced the wheel assemblies
