Jumped on this website and searched the model number and it recommended three possible causes. I replaced the Run Capacitor and Controller first and nothing happened :(
Opened the freezer and took off the back panel and then replaced the Defrost Thermostat and like magic we have a working freezer that works better than it has in years!!!
