Having the brand name and model number of my unit made it easy for the online help to tell me which heating elements would fit my cooktop. I needed 2 different sizes for a total of 4 new elements. Purchase transaction was done quickly with the same representative helping me from the start. This is the 2nd time in about 25 years I have replaced these elements. Easy to replace.
