For Frigidaire Range Surface Element (Part Number: OEM13069407)

Hello Charles, sometimes with new top burner elements this can happen. Turn off power to the stove, remove one of the elements and remove the receptacle mounting screw, using a pair of needlenose pliers bend the receptacle mounting bracket support slightly, a little at a time, till the receptacle allows the burner to sit flat.

Sandra, As long as the element is completely dry you should be able to use the element.

Itjustbeme for Model Number Avanti ER24P3SG

I have a small 24" Avanti electric range in an apartment. It has 3 6" burner elements and 1 8". I need to replace a 6" one (240V 1250W). I don't think this has any goofy proprietary connector. Are all 6" elements essentially the same? There's a few on your site at varying price points (of which I'm not super concerned as they are inexpensive) but I just want to make sure they will work. I'm pretty sure these things are standardized but just want to verify.

1 Answer

Sorry but we don't have resources to cross-reference Avanti parts, I would refer you to the manufacturer. It is possible that one of the elements we have would work but no resources to confirm.

Judy, For this issue the 6" element would need to be replaced to get the bracket for the element.

Hello Louis, The element requires 220Vac to 240Vac to heat properly. I'm sorry but the manufacturer does not list the wattage of this element. We could figure the wattage with ohms law if we had the model number from the units' I.D. tag as long as the resistance is listed on the tech sheet. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Hello Louis, This is a 240Vac part. If we had the model number of the appliance it is for, we might be able to determine the wattage but without it, I'm sorry but we have no way to determine the wattage. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Brenda, There would not be a reset button on the unit. You would want to check the power supply coming to the unit to make sure that there is 240 vac and check the infinite switches to make sure that they are good.
