How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP2016749 / WB06X10139 Guide Roller Assembly

Just put the part in the microwave. 

Ordered new ones. 

Ordered new guider rolilers. Works great. 

Ordered replacement! The only problem was that it took THREE TIMES to get one that was not broken. They kept sending in a bubble wrap pouch and part was damaged twice in shipment before I received one that was not broken! 

Replaced old one 

I ordered a new part which was delivered as promised. I opened the package and replace the old part. Which I tossed in the garbage. 

The video at the website and pictures of the parts all helped. The was the easiest project I have had to do myself because appliance pro made it easy with the videos. I initially did not realize I would need a turntable coupler but by watching the video at the site, it explained all the parts I would need to get the problem fixed. Parts all arrived on time and I installed it myself. I am happy and will purchase from Appliance Pro again if I have a need in the future..
