George April 05, 2015 for Model Number Panasonic Microwave NN-S763WF Manufactured 2003. Was in garage unopened. Started using it for first time this week. Works OK. But makes noise as turntable rotates. I also noticed that some white stuff was rubbing off the roller ring and sticking on to the underside of the glass tray. When I remove roller ring, and use the tray by itself (making sure that what I place to heat is centered over the tray) there is no noise. Question: Should I just wait for a few days and the roller ring plastic wheels will rub down to correct size,? or should I purchase a new ring, or is the problem something else? Thanks!

January 25, 2015 for Model Number PVM9195DF1CC The wheels on the assembly guide roller for this model appear to be too large as the glass plate is pushed too high to fit into the 3-sided device that turns the plate. The glass plate does not revolve with the guide in place. The guide roller is 8 1/4" inner diameter and the 3 wheels are 5/8" in diameter. Seems like a 3/8" or 1/2" roller would allow the plate to function properly.
