I sent for 2 bulbs that looked exactly like the one I had taken out of the over-the-stove microwave. I missed the surface light with high and low, waiting for the bulb. It came within a week! Yahoo! Opened it and saw I'd ordered the wrong size. I called APPros, and spoke to a more than helpful young woman. She not only assured me, once I gave here the model and serial number of the microwave (one from 2003), that they had the proper size, but said it wasn't worth sending the other 2 bulbs back! They would credit them to me. Wow! She said it might take up to 10 days...I received the new bulbs within 2 days! I am pretty sure she pushed it through quickly for me. I truly appreciate it. Now, my microwave is happily lighting up my stove top once again. Great Appliance Parts Pros! p.s. I had sent for a part for my dishwasher a few years ago and that went very well too!
