Michael S Boca Raton , FL June 08, 2015 Appliance: General Electric Refrigerator ZISS420DMA Refrig: no water busted water tank Had to remove all three food drawers and the back panel behind the drawers (4 screws). The water tank comes with the associated tubing which would typically require access to the back of the fridge to run the new lines. Instead I clipped the existing lines inside the fridge. Then I clipped the lines off the new tank so they would line up with the old lines. I then used a 5/16" OD compression coupling (Lowes or Home Depot) to connect the ends of the tubing together. The joined tubes are hidden behind the panel and are water and pressure tight. This was MUCH easier than pulling the fridge and rerunning 10ft of tubing. Bonnie W Newton , MA November 07, 2014 Bulb for microwave went out odd size and shape halogen bulb I sent for 2 bulbs that looked exactly like the one I had taken out of the over-the-stove microwave. I missed the surface light with high and low, waiting for the bulb. It came within a week! Yahoo! Opened it and saw I'd ordered the wrong size. I called APPros, and spoke to a more than helpful young woman. She not only assured me, once I gave here the model and serial number of the microwave (one from 2003), that they had the proper size, but said it wasn't worth sending the other 2 bulbs back! They would credit them to me. Wow! She said it might take up to 10 days...I received the new bulbs within 2 days! I am pretty sure she pushed it through quickly for me. I truly appreciate it. It was very easy, just had to screw back in the glass cover after pushing the bulbs in. Bulbs were delivered the next day after purchase from ApllancePartsPro.com, awesome service!
