After reading reviews I confirmed that I was able to twist the warped part to remove it. The stem it was supposed to clip onto was stripped down to a nub. Thanks to the review from Burnie, MD, I was able to order the correct parts and fix it myself. The step by step instructions in his review were spot on and accurate.
