Michael D Flushing , MI July 22, 2014 The latch cdatch was not working correctly Ordered a new latch from you. I used a pair of needle nose pliers and carefully worked the broken one out. A little twisting and pulling trying not to distort the metal housing worked fine. I looked at your video after I had finished and I am glad I did! I don't think I would have attempted all that was involved in your suggested repair. While I changed the door switch I decided to change the door latch and install a new light bulb. The how to video was exceptionally helpful.
