How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP4411791 / WB27T11076 Keypanel Support Assembly (Black)

First took apart my range control panel to review the possible failed component based on the flashing error code I was receiving. Found some insects inside the panel. Cleaned out but this did not work..possible short. Checked online with your chat service and they confirmed the two possible parts I may need. I ordered and replaced the most likely one and that did the trick. Part is working great and it did not take more than an hour to install. 

I looked up the model number on AppliancePartsPros.com and figured I would need the Key panel Supt Assembly and I figured while I was in there I would go ahead and replace the Oven Control. There really wasn't anywhere I could find step by step instructions so I figured it out by looking at the diagram you had for the parts. That made it very easy and I completed the repair in 45 minutes. My oven once again works like brand new! 

I replaced the old panel with a new one from Appliance Parts Pros. Everything is great now. 

I ordered a new Keypanel which solved the problem 

Removed old panel and installed new panel. It was easy.
