David G Indian Rocks Beach , FL February 10, 2016 Appliance: Model J T965S0K4SS (LEAVE OFF THE 0 WHEN SEARCHING) The microwave turntable and light would not work in unison when heating up the food and then the fan would not work either I replaced the Microwave Control board RAS-JTP95-00 (GE WB27T10491) I purchased from AppliancePartsPro.com, which fixed the original problems, but then it would not heat up the food! I initiated an online chat with their customer service to explain the problem, and they immediately sent out another board which also arrived quite fast like the first board did with FedEx. The replacement board was installed and everything worked fine this time! This DIY project saved me a lot of money over having GE Service do it. Read More...
