Michael G Pulaski , TN January 08, 2022 Appliance: General Electric Refrigerator GSH25JSXJSS The front rollers had deteriorated and the refrigerator could not be moved without damaging the floor. Replacing the roller assembly corrected the problem. The key to replacing the roller assembly is elevating the refrigerator high enough to remove the roller assembly. (1) Raise and secure the refrigerator, (2) remove the metal bar across the bottom of the refrigerator to provide adequate access to the roller assembly (2-screws), (3) remove the roller assembly adjustment screw, (4) pry the roller pivot pin out, (5) pull the roller assembly toward the front of the refrigerator to remove, (6) replace in reverse order. This repair is relatively easy once you figure out the best way to remove and replace the front roller assembly.
