How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP5628753 / WR71X10973 Door Bin

Replaced the Door Bin. 

I ordered the replacement part from ApliancePartsPros.com and installed it. 

I went to AppliancePartsPros.com and found the needed items and placed an order. To my surprise, the order was not only confirmed online, but also via a phone call the same day. Once the order was verified, I awaited the product to be delivered. I cannot overstate the fact that my items were delivered the next day-24 hour service-fantastic. Also, online were how to videos for the replacement of the broken bin and the attachment of the clear plastic front which proved more than helpful. 

Ordered a new part on Thursday, part was here and replaced in fridge by Saturday afternoon 

Easy just put it together and install it at the refrigerator door. 

Replaced the part. 

Replace with a new shelf. 

Detached broken shelf and discarded into blue recycling bin. Attached new shelf and clear rail. 

Super fast delivery, it was next day, very surprised. Easy install. One thing though, box came with only three items in it. I ordered four total. The packing slip said four items. So in order to find out why the fourth item was not there (I thought they made a packing mistake) I called to find out what happened. The conversation was very nice, the representative told me it was in a second box and that it was in transit and would probably get in the next day, which it did. Now they could have avoided me taking my time and using their time and money to figure out what happen to the fourth item if they had simply made a note on the packing slip that one item was shipped in a second box. All and all, a good experience.
