Ordered online. AutoParts called to confirm shipping / billing addresses as they noticed the addresses were different. Parts arrived within a couple days and everything fit great! In 2001 and and 2016, I ordered an additional deep shelf for the express purpose of having more room for jars, bottles, etc., on the FF Door. Easy install. One thing though, box came with only three items in it. I ordered four total. The packing slip said four items. So in order to find out why the fourth item was not there (I thought they made a packing mistake) I called to find out what happened. The conversation was very nice, the representative told me it was in a second box and that it was in transit and would probably get in the next day, which it did. Now they could have avoided me taking my time and using their time and money to figure out what happen to the fourth item if they had simply made a note on the packing slip that one item was shipped in a second box.
