How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP3190716 / WB56T10105 Window Pack Assembly

Installed new window pack assembly. 

It was a breeze. I followed the guided instructions on the internet. I consider myself as Mrs. Fixit 

Watch videos it helps but beware putting the door back is tricky. They don’t show the locking clips has to be engaged back into the binger hole.. Ps: beware of your fingers. The hinge can snap back and ouch . I ordered the window pack and installed it with no problems 

I watched a Youtube video from a parts supplier. Then I ordered the replacement glass module. I was amazed when it arrived the next day by UPS. I don't think I ordered next day delivery, but I sure got it. The removal and replacement went just as seen in the video. 

Ordering the part was easy and quick. We found a video on YouTube giving directions on how to disassemble the door and replace the glass assembly. Followed the instructions and we got the repair done. Our GE range’s door was a little different than the GE door in the video, but we were able to figure out what to do. It wasn’t that hard, just a lot of screws to be undone, cleaning the parts of the door as we took it apart, replacing the glass and then putting everything back together again. 

I ordered the part, followed a youtube video on repair, and it was pretty easy really. You need two people to handle the parts at times, and my unit was just slightly different, but it was very easy to figure out what to do. Basically, an easy repair for someone that's handy with a few tools. Oh, you need the Torx driver set also.. which I had. 

Removed the oven door. Took off the hinges and inside panel. The window pack was easy to remove and replace. Probably took longer to clean than anything.
