Lea D Canon City , CO January 15, 2015 Appliance: General Electric Gas Range JGBP30GEV3WH The oven door handle came off in my hand! i stood there astonished! then laughed both end pieces had broken off We located the model number, got on the internet and searched for the parts. I first looked on Sears website, but they didn't even list my model number. Next I looked at www.appliancepartspros.com and found it right away. It showed all the parts of my range, so I could find exactly what I needed. I also ordered new pan units--the ones on my range top were so caked with burnt on crud, they would not come clean and shiny any more. (I inherited this range when we bought this house four years ago.) My order was processed and shipped the same day and arrived three days later, on a Saturday, via FedEx. I couldn't be more pleased--it's almost like having a new stove! We will always order from www.appliancepartspros.com. Read More... Joan B West Islip , NY October 01, 2014 Broken handle end caps and worn drip pans The two handles were replaced by loosening two screws at the top of inner door. Then the handle ends were removed by unscrewing the two hex head screws in each one. Then I installed the right side first with the two screws. I inserted the metal handle on the right side and then had to tap the left side end with a rubber mallet, gently, so the screws could be inserted and tightened from the inside. Getting the door reassembled had to be done lying flat on the floor to properly align the inner and Outer door and replace the two screws at the top. Then replaced the door on the hinges.
