Randall A Madison , MS April 15, 2022 Funnel shower head hose was cracked and leaking,.and the sensor probe was rusted. The Youtube videos made the process much easier to tear down the washing machine to replace these parts. These parts were easy to replace once the outside lid and control panel were removed. The initial component replaced was the hot/cold valve. It was leaking causing a continuous drip into the bowl. The Valve is attached to the funnel shower head asm. Best to replace all three parts at the same time or you may also create a leaking funnel shower head hose while replacing the hot/cold valve. Using YouTube instructions, my wife and I removed and replaced the new Triple Water Valve in two days.
