How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP4700473 / WR71X10959 Fresh Food Door Shelf

I used the online resources on appliancepartspros.com to identify and order the correct replacement parts for my model. Once they arrived (genuine parts), it was quite simple to replace the supports and shelves. I tried to order directly from OEM, but the parts were either out-of-stock or significantly more expensive. Appliance Parts Pros was the lowest online price for these particular items - including shipping.

I was running out of room in my fridge & adding an additional door shelf helped. It was easy to get the right one & I got it the next day & easily placed it in 

Just mounted the new shelf. 

The door shelf we ordered fit right and looked just like the OE units in it.
