Ordered new timer and the exact replacement came in two days. Video was helpful but timer replacement was slightly different. Timer was secured by tabs rather than screws - slightly lift the tab on the corner and rotate and it will come off. Also, at first glance there seemed to be two "C" terminals on the old timer, but as explained in the Q & A section, the two brown wires are both connected to a special lug that then plugs on to the new timer. Easy replacement just requires removing six screws on the rear panel.
