How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP2040347 / WD30X98 Upper Rack Slide

Replaced rollers and bent left slide on upper rack; also replaced 4 rack rollers and axles. 

Took out bent one, replaced it easily and installed new studs. Works like new. 

Went good took about 15 min to get it all done. 

Replaced end caps and slides on the upper rack. 5 minutes. Works fine. 

Removed rack assemblies and replaced with new assemblies. 

Ordered the track stops, replacement roller kit and a new track. Parts arrived fast. Removing the upper rack was very easy, as well as removing the damaged rollers. I also replaced the rear stoppers, which snap right in. Very easy fix. 

Easy fix. Popped off the end cap on the top rack, replaced the guide wheels on the right side and slipped it back into place. 

Replaced rollers & rails. 

I got the right parts with easy repair, I had to replace the lower rack due to corrosion, the upper tracks because they were warped and the upper track stops were broken, allowing the upper rack to come out of the tracks. The parts were received in two business days and it was an easy fix. 

I removed and replaced the rack slide, and while I was at it, I replaced all the end caps with the new style end caps and replaced all the rack rollers. Everything works like new!!
