Daniel N Bolingbrook , IL August 05, 2014 Appliance: General Electric Dishwasher GSD5500G00CC Upper rack on dishwasher was very hard to extend and retract Dishwasher needed new wheel that mounted to upper rack.There are 4 total that make the rack roll in and out. Replaced both side rails and rail caps (4- only 50 cents each) along with new upper rack that came with wheels installed. One side rail was bent so decided to spend a little extra and replace both. Might of been able to replace just one broken rack wheel but rack was old and was rusting in some areas so decided to just replace it. Jeff R Chillicothe , OH April 09, 2016 Dish washer needed upkeep I got the right parts with easy repair, I had to replace the lower rack due to corrosion, the upper tracks because they were warped and the upper track stops were broken, allowing the upper rack to come out of the tracks.
