Daniel N Bolingbrook , IL August 05, 2014 Appliance: General Electric Dishwasher GSD5500G00CC Upper rack on dishwasher was very hard to extend and retract Dishwasher needed new wheel that mounted to upper rack.There are 4 total that make the rack roll in and out. Replaced both side rails and rail caps (4- only 50 cents each) along with new upper rack that came with wheels installed. One side rail was bent so decided to spend a little extra and replace both. Might of been able to replace just one broken rack wheel but rack was old and was rusting in some areas so decided to just replace it. Parts arrived fast. Removing the upper rack was very easy, as well as removing the damaged rollers. I also replaced the rear stoppers, which snap right in. Very easy fix. Read More... Gilbert A Lacey , WA January 09, 2016 Appliance: General Electric Dishwasher GLDL560N10SS The right hand upper rack slide was damaged and caused the slide to fall off the wall rollers I removed and replaced the rack slide, and while I was at it, I replaced all the end caps with the new style end caps and replaced all the rack rollers.
