It was supposed to arrive in 7-10 days. It was on my porch in 3 days. I ordered just before Christmas. I expected a longer shipping time. Not at all the case. Parts fit great and were easy to install. 

I was able to find both replacement racks on your website and replaced both, the dishwasher looks new again. It was very easy to remove and replace the arm on the upper rack. I was so glad to be able to find and order both from one site and they came in quickly, ordered on Wednesday and they were here Friday afternoon. I will definitely recommend your site.
