Once I found the model number and rack numbers for our GE dishwasher, I searched for replacement racks on APP’s website. The OEM rack numbers were obsolete, but I found the equivalent part numbers by putting the GE model in search. To be sure I was ordering the correct upper and lower racks, I called customer service to verify, and was lucky to get Sheila on the phone! She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She put the order in on a Thursday afternoon, and we received the order just a few days later on Saturday afternoon. You can’t beat that service…the very best we’ve had in don’t know how long?! The racks fit and work perfectly, with an added bonus that the lower rack came with a different utensil tray that has greater capacity and doesn’t need to be hung on the door. BTW, with the AFFRESH that Sheila suggested, the Mrs. said “like a new dishwasher now!” THANKS!
