How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP2633268 / WB19K36 Valve Control (Gas)

Replaced the valve control after watching the repair video on the website. It repaired the broiler, but the oven still didn't work. I looked on the website again and found out it could be the igniter. I replaced it and that was it. The oven works perfectly now. 

Ordered a new gas control,but first check if you have gas going to valve control. theres a red lever on gas valve under the oven that goes to the safety valve control 

At first, I replaced the ignitor, temperature sensor and control board with no success. The only thing left to replace was the gas control value. I ordered one from Appliance Parts Pros and installed it. This fixed the problem. The ignitor and gas now cycle on and off normally at about every 90 seconds or so. I had to take the bottom plate off of the stove to gain easy access to the control value. This took the project a little longer to complete but was well worth it. Made installation and leak checking of the gas fittings much easier. 

Replaced ingniter and safety switch.

Did not expect that kind of excellent service. Got on your site, did a little investigation, ordered part, it came fast, installed it and boom!, everything works… Incredible turnaround. You install video's make it easy! Oven back in service and made 2 Quiche pies that night!
