How to Troubleshoot & Replace Lg AP5203812 / 6851W1A002E Diode Assembly

Replaced diode. 

Replaced magnetron tube and diode. 

Checked the capacitor, line fuse and magnetron and discovered they were bad. Ordered parts from Appliancepartspros and installed them. Microwave now working. 

New magneto & diode. Works great now, and thanks to youtube video. 

LG microwave would not heat food, but appeared to be working properly. Table would spin, lights would come on when opening door, timer accurately counted down, etc. Magnetron and diode were both bad. Replaced both parts and the microwave works perfectly now. 

Installed new magnetron and since I had the cabinet open replaced the cable assembly to the capacitor. Works like new now.
