And ordering a new one I replaced the two screw in front of drawer that held it in position. If I had of done that prior to breaking the drawer I would not have needed on. The two crews that hold the drawer foward had apperantly come loose letting the drawer drop not letting it come out. Two longer screws may have fixed the problem .. Your company was excellent with response and information. We were able to completely disassemble the LG front loader and replace about 3 other parts using your videos. It took most of the day as we cleaned and repainted parts of the inside of the machine, but now it looks and performs as a new machine. The repairs cost less than $200 and re made new a $1,000 LG washing machine. We live in the suburbs of Cleveland, OH and the parts were at our front door two days after we placed the order.
