How to Troubleshoot & Replace Lg AP7015078 / 6501KW2002B Washer Rotor Position Sensor Assembly

Replaced Roter Position Sensor Switch. Very simple fix. Appliance Parts Pro support helped diagnose issue and was very helpful in assisting with completing the repair. 

Replaced the sensor . it was easy and quick. 

Replaced the rotation position sensor 

My washer sounded like a jet taking off for a couple months and one day it just quit. This is a $1000+ washer so I googled my problem and found your website. From just reading and watching your videos, I was able to diagnose and repair my washer. The bearings failed and water from the hot water solenoid had dripped onto the stair/rotor assembly causing damage. I changed the bearings, stator, rotor, hot water solenoid by watching your videos and speaking with your professionals. I am a 57year old lady and was able to handle this all by myself. Thank you 

After some teach it seemed the likely problem was the motor position sensor. I watched a YouTube video, ordered the part and in 5 minutes my problem was fixed. 

We ordered the sensor from appliance parts and my husband was able to watch the YouTube video and do it himself
