How to Troubleshoot & Replace Pro AP5632239 / TJ102 Stainless Steel Cleaner

Repair man said that the part alone would cost more than $300.00. I checked it out on YouTube and saw that the actual replacement was an easy task. Used the website to look for replacement parts, could not find on the web, called customer service and they were very helpful in locating the correct parts. Ordered the parts, they arrived in a few days and fit correctly. Excellent customer service!! Added the web address to my shopping bookmarks. 

Replaced Pcb Assembly. Quick fix. Working fine. 

After I got the right part, I installed the relay board and it worked. Beautiful. 

We replaced it. It took a bit to find the bad egg. At first, we thought it was a bad diode, but after testing it, we found that wasn't the problem. We dug deeper after reading online and found a bad micro door switch. It was clearly blown. We called appliance parts pros, ordered the part quickly and it came in 2 days. It cost $6 plus shipping, and saved us >$250 to replace the whole microwave! 

I removed the doors, then separated the inside of the doors from the outside by removing several screws and two nuts. I then cleaned up all the broken glass and put the pieces back together. It took about an hour for door one and 20 minutes for door two. Definitely doable for anyone-just keep the screws together with anything they attach to. I then put each door back on, good as new. 

Tested without filter in and water came out. With filter in, no water. Replaced water filter housing. All fixed! 

Called Appliance Parts Pros and gave them my model number and the code it was displaying. Agent spent a few minutes researching and had me disconnect door lock servo as door was locked too. Determined Main control board was bad possibly due to bad thermostat. Ordered both parts for total of $133. Replacement took under 30 minutes from start to finish with a phillips screwdriver. Repairman wanted about that much just to come and diagnose the problem. Well it was just the head or more the tip, the area were gas exit.
