Joyce in tech support was wonderful ! She was very knowledgeable , and patient . She correctly diagnosed my ice maker problems .Explained what my problem was and what parts I needed . Also I had picked out the wrong doors shelves part numbers which she caught and corrected.
No instructions came for replacing the ice maker but I took my time and it was pretty straight forward. I am sure if I had installing questions someone would gladly walk me through it. If you think you might need help, plan your repair project so you can call them during office hours.
