William R Fallbrook , CA November 08, 2016 Appliance: Model DON'T REMEMBER AND DON'T WANT TO TAKE THE TIME TO Called to verify part numbers for broken door shelves and help about ice jams in the ice storage bin. Joyce in tech support was wonderful ! She was very knowledgeable , and patient . She correctly diagnosed my ice maker problems .Explained what my problem was and what parts I needed . Also I had picked out the wrong doors shelves part numbers which she caught and corrected. No instructions came for replacing the ice maker but I took my time and it was pretty straight forward. I am sure if I had installing questions someone would gladly walk me through it. If you think you might need help, plan your repair project so you can call them during office hours. Read More...
