How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4578480 / DA97-08406A Refrigerator Door Bin Guard Assembly

Got a new shelf. Slid the old shelf out. Slid the new shelf back in its place. 

Called the people at Appliance Parts Pros and they helped me select the correct item and I ordered it and got it in two days. Refrigerator is back to full operation fast. Appreciate the professional help I received. Thanks, B. Lawson 

Simple, the replacements fit right into place. 

Tried gluing but nothing worked. Attempted to order the part from an appliance parts store but was told the part wasn’t available. After several months of fighting with a broken shelf that would only hold very light objects due to crackIng on the bottom of the shelf, I found Appliance Parts Pros online store and within 20 minutes of chatting with technician the parts were properly identified and order made. Parts arrived within a few days. Also found the genuine water filter that fits the Samsung refrigerator I have. Before, I wasn’t able to locate the proper one which led me to use generic. I was unhappy with the filters which caused water flow to be very sluggish to almost useless. 

Ordered new part, got part in 2 days, unwrapped part, installed part, yea it fits. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. 

Replaced with new one.. 

Very easy. Just ordered the part and easy to install. 

Ordered 2 replacement shelves. Website was extremely helpful with being able to input model # to be sure the part will be compatible. 

Ordered the part, replaced. 

Ordered part from AppliancePartsPros. Recs in a week. Easy install.
