How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP5332064 / DA97-11478A Refrigerator Door Shelf Assembly

Shelves have been replaced. 

Just ordered parts and pleased they came so fast 

Very easy fix, all the replacements fit perfectly! 

Replaced shelf 

Pulled out the old one and inserted the new one. The part came in a ridiculously large box - we thought maybe someone had shipped the entire door panel, it was so big. 

Ordered replacement parts from AppliancePartsPros, removed the damaged shelves and installed the new shelves. Top shelf below ice maker was a little more of a challenge to get proper fit.
