I remembered getting great service from AppliancePartsPROS at our previous house with repair of our previous refrigerator ice dispenser. I looked up the drawer on your site and looked at the drawings. My only mistake was that I thought I had to purchase the little vent control separately. So, now we have an extra drawer vent control. Did not have to replace the white vent part but could reuse the old one. Used a screw driver to pry off front drawer and also to remove white vent part had to pinch edges of white vent part to remove from old draw face plate.
